Products Description

Phydol HVLP are premium, high-performance hydraulic oils engineered for demanding conditions. Formulated with advanced hydrotreated base oils and a zinc-based anti-wear additive, they offer superior viscosity stability across a wide temperature range. This ensures outstanding protection for machinery under severe stress. Key features include excellent water separation, rust and corrosion prevention, foam resistance, and hydrolytic stability, which together promote system cleanliness, operational efficiency, and an extended service life.   Theses oils are compatible with seal materials and paints normally specified for use in hydraulic systems with mineral oils.

Product Features

  • Excellent thermo-oxidative stability controls the formation of sludge & varnish and improves oil life
  • Exceptional anti-wear property results in longer component life reducing costs
  • High viscosity index ensures the reliable performance in a wide range of operational temperatures
  • Rapid air release characteristics offers reduced risk of cavitation
  • Good demulsibility – water separates quickly
  • Reduced foaming ensures smooth, quiet operation

Applications

  • Equipment operating in a wide range of temperatures
  • Industrial equipment at low temperatures (pumps, servo systems)
  • Hydraulic presses operated indoors & outdoors
  • Hydraulic systems of machine tools
  • Hydraulic systems of earthmoving and forestry machines
