Products Description
PAL SNG-1000 GREASE is premium quality lithium soap based multifunctional synthetic grease having EP properties and wide operating temperature range of -40°C to170°C; making it an ideal choice for aircraft and other applications where low temperatures are encountered. It demonstrates excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions and chemicals such as mild acids, alkalis and alcohols etc. It has good thermal, chemical, and structural stability including water repellency characteristics.
APPLICATIONS
For lubrication of all types of bearings, operating under very high speed and high temperature conditions. It has very low starting torque and as such it is an ideal choice for home appliances like portable air cooler, washing machines etc. It is also suitable for electric motor of “H” insulation, water turbines, steam joints and conveyor system. It is an outstanding lubricant for plastic, rubber and glass materials, which normally deteriorates under prolonged contact with petroleum lubricants and greases. Due to excellent steam and moisture resistance properties, it gives better service than other conventional lubricants in dyeing and textile finishing units.
It is not compatible with other greases and as such, this should be used only after complete removal of old grease of the bearings.
