Pal SMGL 1200

PAL SMGL – 1200 is a special metallic complex grease specifically designed to cater the demands sugar mill journal bearing operating under hostile working conditions. This grease designed by keeping all aspect of sugar mill working in view like sudden shock loading, frequent misalignment, continuous water flow on bearing casing, acidic environment, contamination with sugar cane fibers etc.  Apart from maintaining appropriate film thickness at shock loading conditions. It also helps in running-in while starting up. It has good water-resistant property as well as it reduces the frequent lubrication starvation condition ensures lower consumption rate per shift. It significantly reduces the machine downtime associated with poor lubrication.
