Pal Rustnil L & H

PAL RUSTNIL -L, H are oil-based corrosion & rust preventive. The protective film of these grades has lubricating properties besides preventing moist air coming into contact with metal surfaces. They can be applied by dipping, spraying, roller coating, flow coating, flushing or circulation. Since the protective film has lubricating properties, it is not necessary to be removed. However, these are easily removable by wiping.

These oils are formulated with high quality base stocks and carefully selected additive system to ensure formation of soft oily film over the metal surfaces and protection against rusting.

Applications

PAL RUSTNIL-L offers thin lubricating film.  It is recommended for protection of steel sheets, shafting, conveyors, precision and drawn tubes, exposed gear etc.

PAL RUSTNIL-H has higher viscosity and hence it is suitable for protection of cycle rims/frames, handle bars etc., besides internal protection of gearboxes, hydraulic mechanism chain and external protection of instruments.
