PAL COPRUS is a copper-based anti-seize paste formulated for use on all static fasteners and mechanisms susceptible to seizure. This high-performance compound serves as an ideal assembly and anti-seize lubricant in extreme adverse conditions where pick-up and seizure issues are likely to occur. It is particularly well-suited for demanding wet environments, including applications involving submersion in seawater.

Applications
For Bolted joints that are subjected to high temperatures up to 1100°C (2000°F) and to corrosive effects, and which, after assembling and the initial operation, have to be re-tightened or disconnected. In order to ensure constant pre-stressing forces, uniform and steady coefficients of friction of the lubricant are necessary. Used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic, Furnaces, Exhaust system, Dockside and Oil rig applications. Injection molding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry, tension rings of centrifuges.
