PAL AQUACLEAN 100R is a mildly alkaline, low-foaming, multipurpose liquid spray wash cleaner designed for high-performance cleaning across a wide range of temperatures and pressures. It delivers excellent results in both spray and immersion-spray applications, effectively removing oils and light soils from industrial components. Compatible with most ferrous metals, it is suitable for use in various cleaning systems, including conveyorized washers and batch cleaning setups. Its versatile formulation ensures reliable cleaning efficiency while minimizing foam, making it ideal for high-pressure spray operations.

Applications
- PAL AQUACLEAN 100R is suitable for removal of swarf & other particulate soils, metal working fluids & oily rust preventive from metals during production processes, most suitable where short term corrosion protection is required.
- Recommended for wide range of industrial spray & intensive flood wash machines.
- Cleaning of automobile parts after machining parts like cylinder heads, camshafts, crankshafts…etc.
- Suitable for pre-heat treatment cleaning.
- Generally, to be operated in a concentration range of 3 to 5% depending up on level of dirt.
- Recommended temperature is about 50 º C for sump.
