PAL SYNCO-300, 400 are premium class of synthetic fluids designed to enhance component quality, increase productivity and reduce process costs. PAL SYNCO- 300, 400 synthetic cutting fluids deliver extremely high cutting and grinding efficiencies for high-speed processes. They reduce biocide use, extend tool life and ensure a quality surface finish. The product has unlimited tank life and no bacterial fouling due to absence of mineral oils in the product. The presence of defoamers controls the foaming of the fluid during operation.
PAL SYNCO – 300 is especially recommended for machining operations where it provides extremely smooth surface finish on Ferrous & Ferrous alloys.
PAL SYNCO – 400 is boosted with lubricity enhancers for precision machining of Ferrous as well as Aluminum alloys. It can replace Semi Synthetic cutting fluids, offering advantages like lower maintenance cost and longer sump life.
