Products Description
These are heavy viscous black bituminous product, fortified with special EP and thickening agents. They have excellent film strength to withstand the high pressure normally encountered in heavily loaded open gears. They also possess good antiwear and antirust properties. They are homogeneous and heat reversible, i.e., they return to the same homogeneous state after heating. Thus they have the ability to stay in place and provide protection to open gears and wire ropes.
PAL OGC- 120, 140 meet IS 9554-1980 specifications and are recommended for lubrication of open gears, cable and wire ropes.
Not recommended for lightly loaded open gears and not to be used in food processing industries.
