Products Description

PAL GRINDHONE is a low viscosity, chlorine-free, neat cutting oil containing ester-based lubricity and performance additives for honing application. It provides excellent surface finish to hardened steels and nickel alloys.


Product Features

  • Excellent flushing and lubrication properties extend honing stone life and enable high surface finish and dimensional accuracy
  • Low viscosity and excellent wetting characteristics reduce drag out and results in lower product usage

Application

It is recommended for honing operations on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a high degree of finish is required. It is suitable for honing of nickel alloys, toughened steel, bearing steel and for super finishing operations where stones are used instead of tapes.
