Products Description
PAL BROACHLUBE 17 is formulated with chlorine, ester & Sulphur as extreme pressure additives. Providing synergy with suitable anti-wear additive provides excellent performance at elevated temperatures helping in extending broach life & provides excellent surface finish to component.
This is a robust product & successfully used in machine shops where extreme lubrication qualities are required in cutting operation. These broaching oils are even suitable for the machining of hardest material possible.

- Excellent cooling property effectively dissipates heat generated during the broaching process, prevents thermal expansion and distortion of work piece.
- Superior lubrication reduces friction between the broaching tool and the workpiece surface, minimizes tool wear and prolongs the life of broaching tool.
- Enhanced cleaning ability aids removal metal chips and debris from cutting area, prevents clogging of broaching area ensuring consistent cutting performance.
Application
Suitable for broaching and gear cutting steel, stainless steels and Nickel alloys. This product is used for broaching of medium carbon steel of automotive components. This product can be used for shaving operation also in gear cutting where anti chip welding properties are important. Specialized additives used help to extend the life of costly broaches.
