Products Description
PAL OGCHD- 1000, 1500 are specifically formulated bituminous compound for open gear, cables and wire ropes. These compounds are designed to cater mixed as well as hydrodynamic lubrication of open gears. It has excellent EP properties to address the shock loading during gear teeth meshing. They impart strong metal adhesion due to added tackiness. It does not get squeezed out during teeth meshing and nor get thrown off due to centrifugal action. Additionally, it has rust preventive properties those are observed due to pitting. It can be applied with swab, paddle or with sump method.
