PAL CFG-154, 155, 156 are mineral oil based neat cutting oils with inactive sulphur and synergistic addition of anti-wear additives. High performance of the products is suitable for heavy duty applications like gear hobbing, thread cutting and less severe machining operations on high tensile steel and some alloys.

Applications

• PAL CFG 154 gives excellent results on multi-spindle automatics, on capstan and turret lathes and on routine machining duties where medium tensile steels up to 45 tons tensile are cut or when alternating with non-ferrous metals.
• PAL CFG 155 is designed for general machining of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys
• PAL CFG 156 grade is sulphurised fatty oil-based grade to use in high-speed nut forming machines
