PAL GUNDRILL OIL is a chlorinated, sulphur-containing and heavy metal-free high-performance neat cutting oil, specifically designed for all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
PAL GUNDRILL OIL is specially formulated to meet the higher performance levels required by some machine manufacturers and end-users.
Product Features
PAL GUNDRILL OIL enables reduced friction and good anti-weld properties at the chip-tool interface, resulting in extended cutting tool life and good surface finishes on the machined parts. They enable excellent performance in the most difficult machining operations and permit clear view of the work piece.
Application
It is suitable for gun drilling, deep hole drilling, and gear cutting/shaving. Its excellent lubricity excels in honing, grinding, lapping, and broaching/tapping operations. It is suitable for all type of metallurgies including ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
