PAL CSGS 2 M Grease is an advanced over-based calcium sulfonate complex grease, offering superior load-carrying, antiwear, and extreme pressure (EP) properties. It delivers excellent anticorrosive and rust-prevention performance, ideal for heavy industries with heavy loads, extreme pressures, and water distress. Fortified with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), it forms a durable solid lubricant film capable of withstanding higher pressure. The grease exhibits outstanding film strength and resistance to corrosive saltwater environments, outperforming standard EP2 greases in high water-washout conditions. It provides exceptional thermal and structural stability across a wide range of temperatures, speeds, and loads. Suitable for heavy-duty industrial, off-road, mining, and hauling applications, it surpasses major oil and OEM moly greases as a true multi-purpose extreme-pressure grease.

Applications

RECOMMENDED FOR: PAL CSGS 2 M Grease is recommended for the most severe applications in industry and is particularly suitable for high impact heavily loaded bearings and OEM construction and mining equipment. Due to it’s excellent water repellency, oxidation resistance and a wide operating temperature range it is an obvious choice for virtually any application calling for moly grease. It is particularly useful for construction, hauling, industrial plant, mining, and steel applications as well as off-road machinery for greasing wear points such as chassis and wheel bearings.
