EMULSIFIER PACKAGE FOR SOLUBLE METAL WORKING FLUID
PALSIFIER-600 metalworking package is used to formulate soluble oil metalworking fluid concentrates that form stable macro-emulsions when diluted with water (upto 600 ppm hard water) at the manufacturing site, for metal removal, metal forming, and other water-extendable lubricant applications. This product is balanced combinations of emulsifier chemistry designed to control acidity, foam, mist, metal staining, friction, tool breakage, odor, oxidation, corrosion inhibition, and supplemental lubricity to the finished fluid. Basic metalworking fluid concentrates can be created by dilution of the package in the appropriate percentage of Solvent Neutral/Base oil.

Recommended Treat Rate PALSIFIER 600 is used at 20: 80 by v/v of Base oil. (Viscosity, Max. @ 40°C: 30 cSt.) in formulation of soluble cutting oil meeting performance requirements of IS: 1115 -1986 standards.
(Note: To achieve clear transparent fluid give correction with Oleic Acid only, max. upto 3 %.)

STORAGE: The drums should be placed on their side only duly protected against direct sunlight, rain, moisture and frost.
SHELF-LIFE: Maximum-6 Months.

Health: This product is not expected to produce adverse effects on health when used for the intended application. However prolonged or repeated skin contact with this oil is injurious to health. Clean properly with soap and water.
Environment: Lubricant should not be disposed in drain, soil and water. To be disposed through licensed/authorized collector of lubricants only. |
