TEXTILE MILL OIL

This oil is specially developed for processing of wool. It mixes with water easily and forms stable emulsion. It makes the wool fibers soft and pliable and also reduces generation of static electricity in the yarn. It has good colour stability.

This oil is fortified with carefully selected emulsifier and additives, to facilitate carding and spinning of the wool.

Recommended for degreasing of wool and render it hash, brittle, light and fluffy, as wool is characterized by an unusual waxiness. Dilution recommended, in specific application is 2%-5% of the product emulsified with water. In certain cases for neat application, neat oil is used.

PRECAUTION

Health: This product is not expected to produce adverse effects on health when used for the intended application. However prolonged or repeated skin contact with this oil is injurious to health. Clean properly with soap and water.
Environment: Lubricant should not be disposed in drain, soil and water.  To be disposed through licensed/authorized collector of lubricants only.
